Hi, I’m Robert Bauer — a psychotherapist, trainer, and full-time parent to a very energetic 2-year-old. Over the past few years, I’ve worked with clients from all over Europe, especially Romanian expats, and I kept seeing the same pattern: people who are functioning on the outside, but feel misaligned, stuck, or disconnected on the inside.

That’s what pushed me to create something different.

A live, one-on-one authenticity program — not coaching, not a video course, and not classic therapy — but a guided, personalized process that helps people reconnect with who they really are and reduce emotional stress in the process.

The program is structured in 8 sessions, and it’s based on everything I’ve learned from psychotherapy, personal development, and working deeply with identity, purpose, and emotional clarity. It’s already working — I’ve delivered it to clients in the UK, Germany, Italy, and the results speak for themselves.

Now I want to go further and open this program to English-speaking audiences globally.

To do that, I’m raising €15,000 which will help me:

• Translate and rebrand the entire experience
• Build a professional online presence and onboarding flow
• Run digital campaigns to attract new clients
• And, very importantly, cover my basic expenses so I can fully focus on this project while also being present for my child

This isn’t just a side idea — it’s the direction I want to take professionally, long term.

I believe authenticity is essential for emotional health, and that we need better tools to support people before they burn out, disconnect, or lose their sense of self. This program does exactly that — in a way that’s human, personal, and built on real psychological insight.
