Description
Hello
I find myself in a difficult situation. I’ve had an accident and can’t go to work. Both my knees are injured and I’m waiting for an operation. They’ve also found kidney stones, which will probably need to be treated with surgery as well. I suffer from migraines, but the doctor won’t treat me because of my insurance, and I have severe allergies. I have a mortgage with outstanding debt and I live with my ailing elderly mother, who has serious health conditions. I have a 9-year-old son whom I look after on my own, as his father packed his bags and ran off. I also look after my grandfather, who has a broken leg and suffers from other illnesses. I’m stuck with a mortgage, repayments on the house where my father lives, and other loans needed for the mortgage. I can’t afford to pay anything, as we wouldn’t have enough to eat. I can provide all the medical reports and details of what I’d have to pay. My son wears hand-me-downs that we’ve been given for free. He has no school supplies, no clothes and not even a furnished room. I am therefore asking for your help so that my son and I can live like human beings and not like beggars. And I want my elderly parents to be able to live out their days with dignity. Not as they have been doing until now, with my father having been without electricity for six months as winter approaches, and my mother unable to afford her medication.
