I am Adri, teacher of English Culture and Civilisation and Theatre at the Children's Palace Deva, Orăștie branch.

From 5-7 June I would like to offer together with Cont.rar Association a session of development through theatre workshops at the National Theatre "I. L. Caragiale" National Theatre in Bucharest for 25 teenagers from 3 small communities in the country: Orăștie, HD, Sihlea, VR and Suceava, SV.

As 5 June is also my birthday, I would like to donate my day for this purpose.

I believe that learning about yourself and the world around you through theatre is a successful approach as a teenager because you get to know yourself by building moments with others, by letting yourself be, by discovering yourself moment by moment through theatre techniques and an exceptional environment.

Then, all these sessions will multiply locally in the community, in schools, in the county and so on...

It's a project of my heart that I believe in, and I'm sure you will support 25 teenagers to go through authentic cultural experiences.

This amount will help us with transport, meals and accommodation in Bucharest for 3 days and for promotional items (notebooks, pens, t-shirts). And 4 enthusiastic teachers will accompany them in order to be able to pass on the content learnt to other fellow teachers in the community, in neighbouring schools in the county, through dedicated workshops.
