Hello, my name is Bartek, I'm 33 years old and from Poland. I've always been an active person with a passion for photography, astrophotography, and aquariums—it was my passion, which I fulfilled. I've had kidney disease for many years. At first, it was only visible on tests, where protein appeared in small amounts in my urine. Recently, my feet and ankles have begun to swell, making it difficult to walk, sometimes even put on shoes, and therefore, to function daily. I've developed frequent headaches and lack of energy, as well as high blood pressure. Unfortunately, the cost of treatment is beyond my financial capabilities. My health has deteriorated due to the illness, leaving me alone to manage everything and relying on no one. I work as a food delivery driver, but due to my ailments, I'm having increasingly difficult driving. I'm asking for minimal help, and I'd be very grateful. Every penny counts.
