Who is organising the campaign?
for the sake of my son, my family and myself
Sorry I'm typing through a translator, ang. somehow fell out and my son told me, be yourself and you have nothing to be ashamed of
I didn't believe it, but my 10 year old son said, daddy, start a campaign.
He saw a show on TV somewhere about it.
My son is seriously ill, he has costman's syndrome. He's been through a lot, but he's strong. And he held me up as the son of the father and said, mi, let's surprise my mom because she's working for us, my grandparents who donated almost everything to my recovery, which unfortunately didn't work and now they need money and for me.
Who's organizing the campaign?
My name is Peter and I am 47;years old. I have undergone two open cervical spine repositioning surgeries for disc problems, spondylolisthesis and pars defect. Unfortunately neither went well and this whole thing isn't helped by the problems of being healthy after a severe covide. I was hoping to get back to my "normal" routine after the surgeries, but I was surprised in the form of limitations and pain.
Who will we help?
I loved my job and even though everyone said I was selling products, I said no, I was helping people.I worked in the insurance industry. I devoted my free time fully to my family. But the covid came and it was not an easy course. Covid brought me problems in the form of a disobedient heart, aggravation of asthma, joint pain, muscle pain and wasting and tremors, eye disorders in the form of inadequate blood supply to the retina due to microthrombotization of the blood vessels of the eye and impaired cognitive abilities.I couldn't go back to my original job, so I started working at least part-time in a shop.Slowly my spine began to reverberate , exercise didn't help nor did sprays or infusions. Surgery was inevitable. After the failed surgeries I understood and made peace with the fact that I won't work anymore, I have crutches to help me walk, Sometimes there is a better day and I can stay on my feet more, even with the help of medication and we go on a short trip, but more or less it's just about staying on the housework, taking my son to school and back and a short walk. Sitting is with pain. Before all this, I made the most of every spare moment I had for my family, we went out often, hiked and hiked, biked to work and jogged.
I would use the funds for a barrier-free bathroom. We currently have a bathtub and it gives me trouble going in and out of it. My partner helps me with this as well as hygiene from the knees down. I can't safely put a higher chair in it. This is necessary as I find it difficult to sit on a regular one due to the pain in my shin. We would provide a shower stall, a chair and handrails on the sides for me.
I would pay for exercises, rehabilitation and massages to help me keep fit and maintain my muscles. At home, I try to exercise what I can and what I can manage. But it's different when I have someone helping me , guiding me and especially in rehab centers they have better equipment in the form of fitness equipment and gadgets.
To buy medicines, infusions, vitamins, various other supplements for pain management, maintenance of muscles and joints.
For my parents needing financial support, I found that they donated almost everything to me.
Thank you very much for your help, for every contribution, it is a great support for me and my family. This campaign would help me maintain my "quality of life".
