Bring attention to the situation in the Middle East while helping financially the refugee center in Deir Mar Elian, Syria.You will support the building of a clinic at the Deir Mar Elian Syrian center in Qaryatayn from the Homes region. The equipment and technical equipment of the clinic rooms (ultrasound and electrostimulation equipment, mobile infrared lamps, therapeutic tables, treatment tables) for the elderly, sick, disabled and especially war wounded civilians who are in great need of treatment and rehabilitation are needed. This project is a first step in this region, which unfortunately needs many more health projects.

To draw attention to the situation in the Middle East and at the same time to financially help the refugee centre in Deir Mar Elian, Syria, a 24-hour rowing marathon was held on 20-21 March 2024 at the premises of the Faculty of Theology of the TU on Kostolna Street in Bratislava. The original goal was to raise 10 thousand for the refugee clinic, which we succeeded in doing. At the request of many donors who would still like to contribute, we will continue collecting funds through the donor portal until May. The entire amount will go to support the Deir Mar Elian medical centre.
