Hello, two days ago I needed to go to a health centre because I had a panic attack. This happened because in my current company not all workers are paid their due wages. I became very distressed when I started to see notices of non-payment. I was put on medical leave and now they are extorting me to return to work as soon as possible without even considering paying me my salary. The excuse they use is that they don't have the money to pay all their employees. The fact is that between Saturday the 2nd and Sunday the 3rd my company had a turnover of 10,000 euros thanks to the solidarity of a whole town with Valencia. To tell me on the 6th that they can't pay me and that I should go back to my job makes me even more anxious. The fact is that I owe all my bills, including car insurance, rent, internet, a personal loan, etc. .... They want me to return but I don't have enough money for cigarettes, coffee and even less for petrol, and I think that in a few days I won't even have my car insured. Everything is making me very anxious. That's why I'm asking for help, to be able to look for another job, but it's all a wheel, at the moment I couldn't start another job because I don't know if I could move, for basically the same reason, without insurance and without petrol. I don't know what to do anymore and I don't know if I'm making myself clear. I can prove everything I say. Medical leave, unpaid insurance, conversations with the company...etc....
