Description
I beg for help – I am at risk of losing the house where I take care of my disabled mother
My name is Bożena Czerkawska and it is with a heavy heart that I am asking for help today. I have been put in a dramatic situation. My ex-husband, a person addicted to alcohol, despite my requests for a different form of repayment than was agreed at the hearing on the division of property, not remembering how I took care of his mother before her death, decided to grant the court judgment an immediate enforceability clause. The bailiff is already carrying out the enforcement and in 4 months my house will be auctioned off.
This is not just a house. This is a place where I can take care of my 87-year-old disabled mother. My mother had a heart attack, has bypasses and a pacemaker. In March 2025, my mother underwent a serious hip replacement surgery. Unfortunately, the surgery and the long period of recovery caused her severe depression. She is currently bedridden – she requires 24/7 care, a specialist bed, hygiene and individual rehabilitation at home.
I am unable to move her to another place. Our life is here – in this house. And now I can lose everything.
The amount I have to pay back is PLN 440,000 (approx. EUR 100,000), including bailiff costs that are growing by the day. Without this amount, I will not be able to stop the auction. Every payment is a step closer to saving our home and providing my mother with the peaceful care she needs.
I am not asking for luxuries. I only ask for a chance – for a roof over my head and peaceful care for my mother, who devoted her entire life to her family and helping others.
I will be grateful for any help, any sharing, any payment. If you can – help. If you cannot – please share further.
Thank you with all my heart.
