I don’t just want to grow fruit; I want to sculpt a landscape, harness the climate and transform every bunch into a promise of sharing.
To be a farmer today is to be a conductor of nature. It is to accept the rhythm of the seasons, the bite of the cold during pruning and the feverish anticipation under the August sun. But above all, it is the pride of seeing a vine flourish thanks to our hands, of feeling the sugar rise in the berries and of knowing that our work will nourish both body and soul. My ambition is to produce grapes of the highest quality, the fruit of a symbiosis between tradition and sustainable innovation.
