Description
Hi, my name is Vincenzo and I live in the ugliest city in Italy. My uncle had recently lent me an electric bike to help me ‘get by’ in the city I’d moved to for work – a job I’ve since quit because of exploitation. I don’t have the money to pay him back for the bike; I feel awful, really awful. Not just because of the burglary at my home, but because the bike wasn’t mine and I can’t afford to buy a new one. I’m unemployed, I live in a modest family with mortgages to pay. I know that to some I might seem a bit cheeky asking for money for a bike, but it means a lot to me. Not so much for the bike itself, but because I’m disappointed, angry and heartbroken. I had to ask him for the bike because I don’t have the money to buy one. I’m here to tell you the truth; I thank anyone who helps me.
