Costel has been living for years on the streets of Stoicănești, Olt County. He is known by the locals - you see him every day in the centre of the village. He doesn't ask, doesn't bother, doesn't talk too much. He suffers from autism and, in addition to this condition, he also has a severe medical problem: he can no longer use his right hand at all, and only partial use of his left hand.

His life is about survival: he eats only when he gets food from passers-by, has no shelter, no family, no support.

The aim of the campaign is clear:

to give him a simple, safe home where he can live in dignified conditions.

A warm place where he can sleep safely, keep warm, wash and live like any other human being.

The funds raised will be used for:

• the purchase of a modest home in Olt County;
• the necessary paperwork;
• minimal furnishings and basic utilities (if the amount allows).

We will personally manage the process and publicly document the important steps.

Costel does not need pity. He needs a roof over his head and people to see him and help him.
