The Croatian Institute for Social Work committed several violations and prevented the protection of children's rights and well-being, and after the Rijeka Municipal Court did the same, due to the report of the aforementioned irregularities, the HZSR issued a "Warning", and the HZMO and the City of Rijeka revoked the right to child allowance and housing benefit, even though I was entitled to them according to the income requirements.

The aforementioned social benefits were abolished in 2023, that is, in the year when child benefit beneficiaries were given additional one-time grants, which I was unable to receive due to the forfeiture of my right. It was a teaching right to benefits.

The above benefits would amount to approximately 300.00 euros, and today even more. In accordance with the income requirement, persons in employment status exercise the above right.

The state public administration bodies ensured that the right would be revoked even further in 2024 and 2025, which is why we found ourselves in a situation where we could not pay the rent for the apartment, and because of it, until the termination of the lease agreement.

The competent authorities, the City of Rijeka and the Croatian Housing Association, stated that they could not help me with housing, despite market prices that single-parent families cannot afford, and the fact that for these very reasons, landlords do not want to rent to mothers with minor children.

Due to sick leave in 2024, I had 0 income, and the state administration denied me all rights and benefits.

In order to resolve my housing issue, I need to have money for a deposit, the first rent, and the transportation of furniture and belongings, which is approximately 2,000.00 euros.

Unfortunately, this is only a temporary solution, considering the social rights that have been denied, and the fact that the rental prices cannot be paid from the income from one's own work.

In order to prevent me from exercising my rights, the HZSR demanded that my right to live with the children be taken away (while noting that there was no solution for me), and is willing to pay foster care compensation, rather than helping me as a parent, in accordance with the law.

In order to continue to successfully care for my children, educate them and provide them with the right to equal opportunities as they grow up, and since I am taking care of them alone, and since 2017 we have not been able to exercise our rights, that is, since 2017 the HZSR has prevented the exercise of legal protection, since the father does not respect the court's decision on joint custody and does not establish personal relations with the children or any obligations, we need your help, until the disputes that are being conducted at the Administrative Court in Rijeka, the Municipal Court in Rijeka and the Constitutional Court against state administration bodies and the father of the children are resolved.
