Description
We have all been victims of violence in one way or another. Whether it be domestic, familial, sexual, school-related, physical or psychological; whether we are men, women or non-binary, from all walks of life and all ethnic backgrounds, no one is spared.
This photographic project aims to be displayed for all to see, to lift the veil on a taboo, a subject that is either silenced or trivialised by obscure justifications.
More than 30 people agreed to step in front of the camera, to share their stories and their feelings, to revisit their past, and to raise their voices to break the silence surrounding this violence. To silence the shame that weighs on the victims and turn the tables.
We still need your help to make our voices heard. So that all this is not in vain and so that it can find its way into people’s minds today.
The aim of this fundraising campaign is to help with the printing of these photographs, so if this cause resonates with you, please make a donation.
A small gesture from many people can make a difference.
