To help those living in extreme poverty to have a decent meal and access to basic hygiene facilities, I have lived on the streets myself and know how awful it is to go without food or a chance to wash. I help those I can because, if you’re not registered with the local council or don’t have a place to stay—even a temporary one—the government won’t help; they’ve closed the soup kitchen and the public toilets for personal hygiene.
