I am a corporate employee, with a family with 2 kids (6 year old boy and 4 month girl), and my dream is to escape the "rat race" and to just work for me and my family, and not for anybody else.

Since me and my wife became vegans, and later vegetarians, we found that there are not many options for us to eat out in our area, and almost no fast food options.

With me having some professional kitchen experience and being the cook in our household, also developing a passion in cooking vegan dishes, we figured that this would be a good way and opportunity to see our dream come true, and to offer other eating options to people like us.

Unfortunately, due to our living situation, we are not able to make a bank loan to cover the costs of such an endeavour.

The money that I hope to raise would cover the rent for 6 months of a fast food trailer and the space where to place it, in a commercial area.

With me working there for 12h/day every day, at the beginning at least, and the location we chose plus the fact that this would be a novelty in our area, we are confident that after 6 months we would have enough revenue to support the family and to the business, and, why not, to grow it.

Being able to raise this money and to make our dream come true, would really be a blessing for us, and we would be immensely grateful.
