*Support for 47 Orphans in Our Community - Bugiri, Uganda*

My name is Kisoko Robert, Uganda, and by the grace of God, I am taking care of 47 orphans in our community.

These are not just numbers. They are children — ages 3 to 17 — who have lost their mothers and fathers to sickness, poverty, accidents, and some abandoned with no one to call family. Some came to us with no shoes, no school, no bed, sleeping on cold floors. Some had not eaten for days. But today, they call this place home, and they call me family

*What your support does:*

*1. Daily Food:* To feed 47 children, we need over 25kg of posho and beans every single day, plus porridge for breakfast. Many of these children came malnourished. A full plate is their first sermon — it tells them God has not forgotten them.

*2. Education:* Education is their only way out of poverty. 32 of them are in primary school, 15 in secondary. School fees, uniforms, books, pencils, and shoes cost about $25-$50 per child per term.

Why 47?*

Because in our community, when a parent dies, the extended family is also too poor to take another child. The government does not reach these slums. If we don’t take them, they end up on the streets of Kampala, in child labor, or abused. We are their last family.

We are not a big NGO. We are a small, faith-based community family trying to live out the gospel. Every dollar, every shilling is accounted for with receipts, photos, and videos. We send updates of the children eating, learning, praying.

Your support — whether $10 for food for a day, $30 for school for one child, or $100 for mattresses — is not charity. It is planting seeds into 47 futures. You are not just supporting me; you are becoming a father, a mother to the fatherless.

Please stand with us. Pray with us. Support us. Together, we can raise these 47 children to know that the heavens declare the glory of God (Psalm 19:1), and that His grace is sufficient.
