I would like to start with my own long experience.

As a now mom of 4, I have been a hard to employ individual. Companies rejected me out of fear. Fear that the kids would be sick, have accidents, no childcare over the holidays. And God forbid if I had more children. Just like it was hard to find a job right out of school. Everywhere wanted an internship, preferably for a few years.

Yes of course I understand these concerns of companies, but how to give such people a chance to integrate into the workforce? How to help these mothers to earn but also have time for their families? Why not give them a chance. To increase people's employment, to show that even mothers or recent graduates have the possibility of a job where they do not have to worry about being ill or even about not having experience.

After a few years, we came up with an idea to help these people. So we decided to start a company and not just any company.

You've just graduated, but you don't know what will fulfill you? Or do you just want years of experience in your dream job? Or just to earn money for your first home? Or do you just want your freedom? You're a mom, but you're afraid your kids are going to get sick all of a sudden? That you won't get a babysitter? Or suddenly ending up on maternity leave again? Then the door's open for you. No harassment, no fines, just a human and fair approach.

We've decided to bring back what's been missing for years. Something that has really worked in the past and no group of people has been discriminated against.

We are working to make sure that within 2 years at the latest, from the ground up, the company will be working for just such people. A company where you don't have to deal with childcare, because the company will have its own playgroup run by a graduated and licensed educator as it once did in the past. Illness? Injury? Home office option. It's all just about the human touch and a fair deal. Something that's really lacking in our company. Working hours with family time. All in one place. Plus we teach you everything, you can work in an industry that is growing and developing in this market and will open doors for you in the future.

The plan is to open the first branch in the centre of Ostrava itself. Within 5 years we plan to have branches in other big cities like Olomouc, Brno, Prague and others.

But for that we need help. For the start itself, premises, equipment, initial investment is needed. So we turn to the company itself, which sees the same potential as we do. Help us be better and build a better place for all of us.
