I’d like to start by sharing my own long-standing experience.

As a mother of four children now, I was a difficult person to employ. Companies turned me down out of fear. Fear that the children would fall ill, have an accident, or that there would be no childcare during the holidays. And heaven forbid I should have any more children. Just as it was difficult to find a job straight after finishing school. Everywhere wanted work experience, preferably several years’ worth.

Yes, of course I understand these concerns, but how can we give such people a chance to integrate into the workforce? How can we help these mothers earn a living whilst still having time for their families? Why not give them a chance? To boost employment, to show that even mothers or recent graduates have the opportunity to find a job where they needn’t fear illness or a lack of experience.

After a few years, we came up with an idea to help these people. So we decided to set up a company – and not just any company.

Have you just finished your studies but don’t know what will actually fulfil you? Or do you just want years of experience before landing your dream job? Or do you just want to save up for your first home? Or do you just want your freedom? Are you a mum, but worried that your children might suddenly fall ill? That you won’t be able to find a babysitter? Or that you might end up on maternity leave again? Then our doors are open to you. No nagging, no fines, just a humane and fair approach.

We’ve decided to bring back what’s been missing here for years. Something that really worked in the past, and where no group of people was discriminated against.

We’re working to ensure that, within two years at the latest, the company will be up and running from the ground up for precisely such people. A company where you won’t have to worry about childcare, because the company will have its own nursery group, just as in the past, led by a qualified and certified teacher. Illness? Accident? The option to work from home. It’s all about a human approach and a fair agreement. That is what is truly missing in our society. Working hours adapted to family life. And all in one place. What’s more, we’ll teach you everything you need to know; you can work in a sector that is still growing and developing in this market, opening doors to your future.

The plan is to open our first branch in the very centre of Ostrava. Within five years, we plan to open branches in other major cities such as Olomouc, Brno, Prague and beyond.

But we need help to achieve this. An initial investment is required for the start-up itself, the premises and the equipment. We are therefore reaching out to companies that see the same potential in this as we do. Help us to improve and build a better place for us all.
