Help Us Protect 120 Hectares of the Amazon Rainforest and Conserve Species

On the Peruvian border with Brazil lies 120 hectares of Amazon rainforest, in Madre de Dios, filled with centuries-old trees, exotic plants, and diverse species of animals. This land is a treasure, but it’s under constant threat from exploitation, deforestation, and the increasing risk of wildfires. 

Our mission is not just to protect this forest but to make it thrive. Alongside sustainable farming and fire prevention, we also plan to raise and conserve endangered fish species native to the region, ensuring a balanced and healthy ecosystem for years to come.

What We’re Trying to Do:

1. Protect the Ecosystem and Stop Wildfires

We’ll install water canals to combat and prevent wildfires, create patrols to monitor the land, and establish the infrastructure needed to protect this vital ecosystem. These efforts will ensure the land’s safety for generations.

2. Sustainably Grow Native Plants

We’ll introduce eco-friendly farming practices to grow Amazonian fruits like açaí, nuts, and camu camu. This creates income for reinvestment while protecting the environment.

3. Work with the Community and Spread Awareness

Conservation is about collaboration. We’ll work hand in hand with local farmers, indigenous communities, and researchers to promote sustainable practices, create jobs, and educate others on the importance of preserving the Amazon.

We’re aiming to raise €150,000 to fund this meaningful project. Your contribution will help conserve the land, prevent wildfires, establish fish breeding programs, and build a sustainable future for the region.
