Who we are and why we raise funds
We are a group of dedicated volunteers, supporters of the K9 Friends Association in Târgu Jiu, an organisation that works to rescue, care for and rehabilitate stray dogs and cats.
The current situation
At present, the association’s shelter is overburdened, with limited financial and material resources. The animals are in constant need of food, medical treatment, vaccinations and optimal living conditions. Faced with a large number of abandoned animals and limited resources, the association relies on our donations to give them a chance at a better life.
Why it matters to us
We firmly believe that every animal deserves a safe shelter, care and love. For us, saving every abandoned soul is a personal mission, and supporting this association is how we can directly contribute to improving the quality of life for animals in our community.
What the funds will be used for
All funds raised will go towards food, medical treatment, vaccinations, worming, modernising the shelter facilities and improving the conditions in which the animals are cared for. Our aim is to provide these animals with a safe place until they find loving homes.
