Casa Maria – Lion to Lion for our shared dream

It all began with a wish and a dream: to offer a home to those who no longer have one.

A generous soul chose to support us with a donation, leaving a message that touched us deeply:

“Leu cu Leu for your dream.”

That dream became Casa Maria – a house that had stood empty for 20 years, which we managed to buy and begin transforming into a refuge for the elderly and homeless, through effort, love and a great deal of hard work.

We have renovated the house and breathed new life into it, but we still have one important step to take:

to fit out a kitchen with professional stainless steel equipment, where we can prepare hot meals every day,

and to join the two buildings together to create a unified, warm and welcoming space.

We need your help once again.

Pound by pound, brick by brick, we can see this dream through to the end.
