Help me save my life - I urgently need a liver transplant

My name is Porosnicu Liliana, I am 33 years old and I am the mother of two wonderful children. Unfortunately, I am going through the hardest struggle of my life. I was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and umbilical hernia and my only chance of survival is a liver transplant. Unfortunately, the cost of this operation is huge and far beyond my financial means.
