Please help me save my life – I urgently need a liver transplant

My name is Liliana Porosnicu, I am 33 years old and the mother of two wonderful children. Unfortunately, I am going through the toughest battle of my life. I have been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and an umbilical hernia, and my only chance of survival is a liver transplant. Sadly, the costs of this operation are enormous and far exceed my financial means.
