NEXO not only promoted its products with promises of high returns but also emphasized security and transparency as core values.

After thoroughly reviewing the information available, I felt reassured that NEXO was a safe option to preserve my crypto savings while earning a steady return. However, everything changed with LUNA’s collapse. In a matter of days, the value of this cryptocurrency plunged, leaving me with severe losses I could never have anticipated. In light of this situation, the security and stability NEXO promoted so strongly proved inadequate.

I tried multiple avenues to recover at least part of the capital I lost. I attempted to join a class action against NEXO, hoping that we could seek compensation for the losses incurred, which stemmed from a lack of transparency in the information provided. I gathered the support of about a hundred people who, like me, were willing to pursue this cause, united by shared disappointment and determination. However, after securing some initial legal support, we received a letter stating that the legal team was no longer willing to proceed.

This setback was incredibly hard to accept, especially as so many of us felt misled and were hoping for a chance at justice. Now, after this final attempt, I find myself out of practical options, with my capital irrevocably reduced. This is why I decided to launch this campaign: to limit the losses I’ve suffered and raise awareness about similar situations, in hopes that crypto platforms will be more responsible with their claims in the future.
