Last year, my two children and I unfortunately had to deal with a nasty fire in our utility room. The fire damage was confined to the utility room, but the smoke and water damage was many times worse. We couldn’t live at home for eight months, but we made the best of it. We are therefore very grateful to the fire brigade, the insurance company and our friends for their help. Now we are finally back home, but the next dark cloud is hanging over our heads.
