Hello Dear Benefactors!

I would like to begin from this place by praising God, Mary and St. Joseph and all our Guardian Angels and Archangels of our Family for all our lives and for all the Graces we have received from them through Angels in human skin here on earth.

First of all, I would like to write that I am aware of the fact that there are collections here for very sick people/children/families and all my life I have had problems with asking for help or support from other people, but there came such a time in our lives that I decided that the Lord God works through His Angels on earth, who are good-hearted people, and since I can honestly admit that we can't make it on our own, maybe it's worth having the courage to share our life story:) so.....

First of all, I would like to tell you a little bit about our family :)

We are a family of 9 from Krakow, I am Weronika (39), my husband Karol (42) and we have 7 sons: Gabriel Jozef (13), David Jozef (12), Maximilian Jozef (11), Dominik Jozef (9), Ignacy Jozef (7) and twins Antoni Jozef and Jozef Michal (5).

As you, Dear Angels, have probably realised all our Children have Joseph as their middle name and one has Joseph as his first name. Yes. Well, the patron saint of our family is Saint Joseph, whom we chose 13 years ago. And it is to St Joseph that we owe all the miracles in our lives and the fact that, after many changes, we are still one family.

Our life adventure began in 2011, when my husband Karol and I got married.)

My husband comes from a large family from Masuria, I come from Cracow, I have only one younger sister and we met in Warsaw at work (many people laugh that it is so almost in the middle of the road).

My husband worked and still works, and I have been taking care of our children for 13 years. They need emotional and educational support, as well as support from the counselling centre, as some of them have special educational needs certificates and other dysfunctions, and the educational process goes at a slower pace, as each of them needs individual attention, care and devotion, and yet we are one Family, so of course there are not enough hours in the day for the whole Family to go out or go somewhere.

The most difficult situation at the moment, however, was the housing situation, where in 2017 we were invited after the death of my beloved Grandmother to live with my Grandfather in order to take care of him until his death, which occurred in 2021. The area we use is 64 M2. The house is from the 1970s, the roof has no insulation, it is uninsulated and from autumn to spring the dampness comes out and practically every year a renovation has to be done from scratch. The installations are also old. To be able to live here decently, we would have to invest several hundred thousand zloty and we couldn't afford it. My husband and I decided that the only fair solution was to sell the house and buy something in better condition. And that is what happened. At the beginning of March this year, we sold Grandpa's house and, on St Joseph's Eve, we signed a deed to buy a new house, but not in Krakow. The amount we received from the sale of Grandpa's house was not enough to buy new accommodation for such a large family in Krakow. We started looking in the Lesser Poland Voivodship and so it turned out that we had found a house in which such a large family could live with dignity. We found this house in the Tarnów district. The house is nice, still has double glazed wooden windows and is not insulated but the roof is insulated. The house is well-maintained despite being 33 years old, has no dampness and accommodates our whole Family so that everyone can have some space for themselves. The only drawback is that the house has no fence. The house actually cost as much as we sold the house for after Grandpa. We are dreaming of the most basic panel fence with a foundation as shown in the photo. We need 120 m of fencing plus an entrance gate and gate. We have calculated that the amount needed is PLN 13,000. Since we are moving from the big city to the countryside on 30 May this year, so in a little over a week's time, logistically I will need to get my driving licence so that I can continue with my Sons to the counselling centres or to the specialists, and to do more shopping for such a large Family while my Husband is at work. A driving licence course in Tarnow costs 3,000 zloty.

Our last dream is to go for the first time in 14 years to the Masurian Lake District for a week with our whole family (before our husband starts his new job in Tarnow), so that the great-grandchildren can meet the great-grandchildren and vice versa, and also to meet our husband's family after so many years. Up until now we could not afford to go somewhere with such a large Family.

I know that £20,000 is a lot of money in these times where everyone has it hard. However, we will be very happy with any donation and already from the hearts of our nine:) we thank you very much, Dear Angels in human skin and bless you.

For all our Benefactors who are willing to help us make these secret dreams come true, I will be ordering Perpetual Masses of God's Blessing from the Bernardine Sisters in St. Joseph's Sanctuary in Krakow in thanksgiving for their open loving hearts, who know that everything we have in life, like Family, life, health, but also work, home, and even finances, is a grace given to us by God, and who multiply this grace by sharing it with others.
