🇬🇧Welcome to *Papoulias’ Farm* – a 100% self-sufficient, regenerative farm in the hills of Samos island, Greece.

This project is more than just agriculture. It's a dream taking root on 10 acres (40 stremmata) of land, once abandoned, where my late uncle — known in our village as “Papoulias” — had a humble carpentry shop. In his memory, I’m bringing the land back to life.

On this land:

– Goats, sheep and a free-roaming donkey maintain the area naturally, controlling weeds and fertilizing the soil.

– Chickens, rabbits and pigs form part of a closed-loop food and compost system.

– Two artificial lakes (freshwater & seawater) are being created for ducks, geese and fish.

– A small vineyard and a tropical-native hybrid greenhouse will grow food year-round using solar energy and hydroponics.

This is **Papoulias' Farm** — a model for resilience, harmony and independence.

It will be open to visitors who wish to learn, help, or even stay for free.

We believe technology should help us live simply, not complicate life.
