Ciao a tutti, sono Danny, ho 37 anni e attualmente sono uno chef pasticcere. Sono sempre stato attratto dal bello, dall’arte, da tutto ciò che non è mai scontato. Posso dirvi però che la mia carriera è iniziata seguendo un sogno… 

Ero ancora un bambino e sognavo il palcoscenico, amavo ballare, cantare e trasformare tutto in uno show. Ho iniziato a studiare nella mia piccola cittadina all’età di 10 anni, a 19 mi sono trasferito a Milano per approfondire gli studi, a 21 ho iniziato a lavorare nel mondo dello spettacolo. Ho viaggiato in Italia e all’estero, ho calcato diversi palcoscenici, più o meno importanti, felice e grato di quello che ero riuscito a costruire. 

Dopo anni, mi sono cominciato a rendere conto che non avrei potuto fare quella vita a lungo, una vita precaria, di soddisfazioni si ma di stenti, di continui compromessi e rinunce. Nonostante l’avevo sempre sognata, ho capito che forse volevo qualcosa in più per me, per la mia vita futura. Sono un tipo che pensa e riflette molto, anche troppo, prima di agire…

A 29 anni torno a Milano con l’idea di intraprendere un percorso tutto nuovo, quello della pasticceria. Sempre stato portato fin da piccolino, ho approfondito in maniera professionale quel mondo arrivando subito a capire che sarebbe potuto essere il mio futuro. Ho lavorato in hotel, ristoranti, laboratori, e ad oggi credo di avere un bel bagaglio professionale e personale.. 

Oggi il sogno è di poter trasformare in realtà quell’idea che da troppi anni ormai è solo nella mia testa, avviare il mio business, aprire il mio primo locale di pasticceria al quale vorrei potessero seguirne altri e realizzarmi davvero.

Mi sono trovato qui per caso e provo a crederci, a credere che qualcuno leggendo la mia storia avrà voglia di tendermi una mano e aiutarmi a cominciare questa nuova avventura!

Hello to everyone, i'm Danny, i'm 37 years old and I'm currently a pastry chef. I've always been attracted to beauty, art, everything that is never taken for granted. I can tell you, however, that my career began following a dream... 

I was still a child and I dreamed of the stage, I loved dancing, singing and turning everything into a show. I started studying in my small town at the age of 10, at 19 I moved to Milan to further my studies, at 21 I started working in the entertainment world. I traveled in Italy and abroad, I walked on various stages, more or less important, happy and grateful for what I had managed to build. 

After years, I began to realize that I could not have lived that life for long, a precarious life, full of satisfaction but of hardship, of continuous compromises and sacrifices. Even though I had always dreamed of it, I understood that perhaps I wanted something more for myself, for my future life. I am a guy who thinks and reflects a lot, even too much, before acting... 

At 29 I returned to Milan with the idea of taking a completely new path, that of pastry making. I have always been inclined since I was little, I have studied that world in depth in a professional way, immediately realizing that it could have been my future. I have worked in hotels, restaurants, laboratories, and today I think I have a good professional and personal background... 

Today, the dream is to be able to turn that idea that has been only in my head for too many years into reality, start my business, open my first pastry shop which I would like others to follow and truly make my mark.

I found myself here by chance and I try to believe it, to believe that someone reading my story will want to give me a hand and help me start this new adventure!
