Due to illness, he was unable to apply for financial compensation or for materials.

Although the pensioner is on old-age pension, due to difficult conditions and expenses, he has a lien on his accounts, and the funds he receives from his pension cover his basic living needs, but it is not possible to set aside money for the renovation of the damaged house.
