Description
We want to support an emergency shelter for children and mothers so that they can have regular access to a psychologist.
These families are fleeing war zones, sometimes emerging from the rubble, sometimes having been abused, and sometimes simply terrified by the violence of the fighting and the bombings. They are being temporarily housed in this centre, where, after a week or two, they will begin to talk about their experiences. It is vital for these children’s recovery that we can offer them professional support tailored to their needs.
The support will be provided by the SAVE UKRAINE association and overseen by the Rotary Club of KIEV BALZAC under the auspices of LIVE LOVE DREAM asbl in Belgium.
All funds raised are paid directly towards the cost of psychological support. There are no administrative fees.
