Hello,

I am Rebekka, mum to 2 wonderful children aged 4 & 8.

I lost my family to cancer at an early age. I was all the happier to build my own little family with my husband. We bought our dream house in 2022.

A third child was missing to complete our family. Everything seemed perfect.

After trying for a long time, I finally got pregnant in October 24.

I was feeling increasingly unwell. We blamed it on the pregnancy. During the first period, I felt a lump. Which initially turned out to be just a cyst.

A punch biopsy was then carried out at the beginning of March 25. The diagnosis was fast-growing, aggressive breast cancer.

All my worries and thoughts about the future came at the same time.

The carefree "happy" pregnancy was gone.

Many tears and doctor's consultations lie behind us... The breast has to be completely removed. This will happen at the beginning of April 25.

My husband is now forced to apply for parental leave if the baby has to be delivered by caesarean section in June.

Unfortunately, we don't have any relatives who can support us here. Neither financially nor in terms of time.

Our worries are growing. The fear of the operation with the baby in the womb, the planned chemo in May with the baby, the hair loss, the house payment, all the costs incurred, alternative healing methods, wig, getting completely healthy again for our then 3 children.

We have a long road ahead of us.

Financially, we have great fears. Due to illness and parental leave, we won't have much left over.

We are therefore grateful for any amount, however small ♡.
