🐾 Who we are and why we’re launching this fundraising campaign

We are the Friends of the Bosco Anima Mundi Park in Camisano Vicentino. As a local community that loves nature and cares for the land, we have always been close to and heldthe Casarotto Farm in the highest regard. Today we have decided to take action ourselves and launch this fundraising campaign to support a family of extraordinary workers, who have been struck by a very serious emergency, and to ensure the immediate welfare of their animals.

🔥 The current situation

In recent days, a violent fire struck the Casarotto Farm. Fortunately, the animals were brought to safety, but the fire devastated the farm’s supplies: more than 200 bales of straw and hay were destroyed in a matter of moments. In addition to the total loss of feed and bedding for the livestock, the blaze caused severe structural damage to the barns and shelters, disrupting the farm’s normal operations.

❤️ Why this matters to us

The Casarotto Farm is not just a neighbouring farm, but a cornerstone of our community and an example of dedication and respect for animals. Seeing them face this disaster breaks our hearts. For us at Bosco Anima Mundi Park, solidarity and the protection of life and nature are fundamental values. We cannot leave the Casarotto family to face this alone: the family and their animals need help immediately, and we want to do our bit.

💰 How much does a bale of straw cost?

Prices currently stand at €50–70 per bale, plus delivery.

Of course , all donations are welcome, whether smaller or larger amounts.

🚜 What the funds will be used for

All proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to:

• Immediately purchase new straw and hay to feed the animals and ensure they have a dry and safe place to sleep.
• Buy animal feed and essential supplies lost in the fire.
