Description

Muhamad Hamouda, 21, had to leave his home behind to flee with his family from the shelling of the occupying army.

His father, Hazem, who was wounded in the chest and hand during the flight, ran a truck repair shop to support his family. Muhamad, trained in automotive electrics, worked in the workshop until the Israelis completely destroyed it and his grandfather's farm. Like so many other families, they lost absolutely everything.

Muhamad had achieved an excellent grade in the exam that allowed him to enter university, where he planned to study automotive engineering.

His siblings Thaer and Saja are disabled and require constant attention from their mother.

Ahmed is his younger brother. He is 12 years old. He loved to study and was at the top of his class. When he grows up he wants to be a doctor.

The seven of them are surviving in a cloth tent. The menacing sound of drones and bursts of gunfire is constant.

The prices of the little food that can be bought in Gaza are exorbitant.

Lack of financial resources forces Muhamad to walk for miles to try to get a sack of flour, literally risking his life, terrified of being hit by sniper fire or bombs dropped from drones.

Every contribution, no matter how much, shines a light on the terrible nightmare they live every hour of their days.

"From the heart: THANK YOU! Your help wraps us up like a mother's embrace. It is a lifeline at this time when we need to have some hope" - Muhamad Hamouda and family.

His father, Hazem, who was wounded to the head and hand during the escape, runs a truck repair shop to support the family. Muhamad, trained in electrotechnology, has been working in the office until when the Israelis have not completely distracted him and his son's family. Like many other families, they lost everything.

Muhamad had obtained an excellent vote in the exam that gave him access to university, where he intended to study automotive engineering.

His brothers Thaer and Saja are disabled and need constant care from their mother.

The seven of them live in a cloth tent. The slow sound of the drones and sparks is constant.

The prices of the little food that can be bought in Gaza are exorbitant. The lack of financial resources forces Muhamad to travel kilometres to try to get a sack of flour, literally risking his life, with the fear of being hit by the fire of the trucks or by the bombs dropped by the drones.

Every contribution, no matter how much, is a ray of light in the terrible incubus they live in every day.

"GRAZIE CON TUTTO IL CUORE! Il tuo sostegno ci abbraccia come lo farebbe una madre. È un'ancora di salvezza in questi momenti in cui abbiamo bisogno di un po' di speranza." - Muhamad Hamouda and family.
