A place where you can come alone and not feel lonely.

Where someone serves your coffee like they would for someone they care about.

Where the staff remembers your name, and strangers slowly become friends.

That’s the place I want to create — right here in Poland, in the city of Bielsko-Biała.

And I’ll call it “Słońce” — which means “Sun” in Polish —

Because that’s exactly what it’s meant to be:

A small, true ray of sunlight in the heart of the city.

Not one with gold accents and corporate branding.

But one with a soul.

Picture a bright, cozy space with wood, plants, and soft, golden light.

The scent of fresh pastries in the air.

Someone quietly working on a laptop, another person laughing with a friend.

Soft music playing — present, but never overpowering.

On the menu:

– ☕ fresh coffee from a local roastery

– 🍨 homemade ice cream (yes, even in winter — there are always people who love it!)

– 🥐 crumbly tarts, brownies, cheesecakes, muffins

– 🥪 warm sandwiches and breakfast plates made with heart

– 🍋 lemonades, teas, and seasonal drinks

Everything served with kindness.

No rush. No pressure. Just real food and good people.

You can help build this space while it’s still a dream.
