I am in dire straits and need all the help I can get. I have recently suffered two heart attacks. My cardiovascular disease has left me unable to work and I have lost my job.

I currently have no income, while I am also burdened with daily living expenses and the repayment of a previous loan. Medical treatments and medication are also a major expense, which I am no longer able to cover on my own.

That is why I am now asking for your help:
