Hello, my name is Lukáš Pištěk. I am 28 years old and currently living in a small village near Ústí in the Czech Republic. I am writing this because I have reached a point where I truly do not know where else to turn.

My only source of income right now is delivering food. I work around 6 hours every day, and my car is essential for me to be able to work at all. Unfortunately, the costs of living have risen so much that I have slowly fallen into a difficult financial situation. My rent alone is 10,000 CZK per month, and operating the car for deliveries costs around 400 CZK every day.

Recently, my car started making strange noises and I had to stop driving it because I’m afraid something serious may be broken. Without the car, I cannot work, and without work I cannot pay rent, taxes, or basic expenses.

Because of this situation, I have already fallen behind on my self-employment tax payments for the past four months. I never wanted things to get this far. In the past, I managed to pay off my debts and get back on my feet, but this time the situation feels overwhelming.

To make things more complicated, I also struggle with mental health issues, including strong ADHD and short-term memory problems. These make it very difficult for me to work in a traditional job in one place, which is why delivery work has been one of the few things I’ve been able to manage. I would like to seek proper help and treatment, but at the moment I simply cannot afford it.

Living in a small village also means there are very few job opportunities nearby. Everything depends on my ability to drive and keep working.

Right now I am asking for help so I can:

• repair my car or replace it with a more economical one
• catch up on my overdue self-employment payments
• keep paying my rent so I don’t lose my home
• stabilize my situation and continue working

I am not asking for luxury or comfort—only for a chance to stabilize my life and continue working honestly.
