My name is Ola, and I am a practitioner of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Focusing, and Generative Scribing.

My dream is to empower myself and others to connect deeply with their authentic selves. What does that mean? It’s about taking time for the things that truly matter, being kind to yourself, trusting yourself, and allowing yourself to be who you are. It’s about following your intuition.

I explore this through art, movement and deep listening.

Being present with myself and with others.

I’ve decided to go to India because I want to immerse myself in a completely different culture. To discover order in chaos. To deeply listen to people who live there: to learn about their lives, how NVC supports them, and how it feels to live in this culture — for both women and men.

Attending the IIT (International Intensive Training) is a significant step in transforming the way I work and live.

For the past four years, I have worked in NGOs, focusing on coordinating, organizing, and juggling many responsibilities. Now, I dream of pausing. I want to give myself the space to simply be, to create, and to have more time listen.

I’m in search of my Ikigai — my reason for being. I trust that I already have everything I need to find a new job that aligns with my unique superpowers, combining art and presence.

But before I can take this next step, I need time to rest and recharge. I need a warm, safe environment where I can grow, find balance, and replenish my energy.

My intention is to invest in myself so I can give back to the world from a place of abundance and integrated skills.
