Description
I want to build an 8 ha solar panel park on my land. I currently have an ideo, but i lack the start-up capital to get a bank loan to implement the project. The solar panel park will help reduce CO2 and improve green energy production in Latvia. I will use the money to develop the project, prepare the land and build the solar panel park. Iwould like to thank to contributers for better and cleaner environment around us.
