I'm writing to you today with a heavy heart, because my little four-legged friend Mimi needs a major operation to get back to good health.

She's more than just an animal to me: she's a real member of my family, full of love, gentleness and presence on a daily basis.

Unfortunately, veterinary costs are very high, and my current situation doesn't allow me to pay for everything on my own. Between the consultation, the operation, the post-operative care and the medication, the bill is far too high for me at the moment.

That's why I'm taking the liberty of launching this fund, with a great deal of gratitude and humility.
