This year, when we reopened our restaurant by the sea, we had the unpleasant surprise of finding Meo undernourished, malnourished, unable to chew.

Meo is a kitten of about 8 years old, very docile, definitely domesticated, whom we have been feeding for years during the summer and who, during the other months, used to take refuge in the various houses in the area.

FIV POSITIVE result, Parvo negative, Meo is undernourished, dehydrated, anaemic, with a beginning of anal prolapse due to heavy diarrhoea, full of parasites, with gingivitis and probable heart problem. He is currently in the clinic, probably needing a transfusion and further tests.

I couldn't afford the expense at this time, but I can't turn my head if I see a creature in distress, and with much humility I ask for your help in covering the cost of caring for him. Even a little help is huge at this time.

I'm used to working, this is the first time I've asked for help to save a creature, but it's a time of real difficulty for me and I don't want to interrupt treatment. Thank you for your help ❤️
