Imagine you live in Malawi. In a small village where the day starts very early, because before the sun rises, your mother is already going to fetch water. With a canister on her head, she walks for an hour each way to the nearest source. And you... you're hungry🥺

Your stomach hurts, but you stopped complaining a long time ago. Because you know that there will be nothing for breakfast again today. If you're lucky, you'll get some maize with water. But more often than not, it's just water🌽

School? Mum says that education is an opportunity, but how can you go to school when your stomach hurts and you don't have the strength to think?🛖

Then one day, something changes. People come to your village and talk about a project. They talk about a special village that has been created – Mtalimanja. They talk about how people there are learning modern farming techniques. They talk about how they are learning not only how to cultivate the land, but also how to pass on this knowledge to others.🚜

And that a factory has been built. One where they produce meals. Not for the rich. For children like you. These meals are called VitaMeal – and they are full of nutrients you have never tasted before.🥣

From that day on, every morning at your school there is a bowl of warm porridge. And suddenly you start to have strength. You can listen to the teacher. You can laugh. You can dream.

They say these meals aren't free. That someone bought them. Someone you'll never meet, who lives very far away. Maybe in Poland. Maybe it's you🇵🇱

Thanks to these people, over 120,000 children receive such porridge every day. And a well has been dug in your neighbourhood – you no longer have to walk for hours to get water🥣

And maybe one day... you yourself will go to Mtalimanja. Maybe you will learn how to give to others what you yourself have received❤️
