Help Our Kids Spend Christmas with Their Grandparents.

Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted people.

We are a family of four — two energetic children and two devoted (and slightly exhausted) parents — doing our best to raise kind, curious little humans while navigating the daily challenges of life.

This year, we have one heartfelt wish: to give our children the gift of spending Christmas with their grandparents in Africa. A chance for them to connect with their roots, soak up the sunshine, and make memories with family they don’t get to see often enough. It’s not just a holiday — it’s a chance for real connection, love, and belonging.

As many of you know, international travel comes with a hefty price tag, and with the rising cost of living, this dream feels a bit out of reach. We’re working hard and managing as best we can, but we could truly use a little help to make this happen — for our kids and, if we’re honest, for ourselves, too. Even a brief pause from the daily grind would mean the world to us.
