Giacomo is a person who has always put others first, with a big heart and a smile capable of giving strength to anyone at his side. Now he is the one who needs our help.

The treatment Giacomo needs is expensive and is putting a strain on his family's resources. That is why my family and I have started a fundraising campaign: to give Giacomo access to the best treatment and to continue fighting with all his strength.
