Clara, Vincent, their two children (Amandine, aged 6, and Aurélien, aged 4), and their four cats have embarked on this wonderful journey with the aim of sharing their home with guests. Having moved in in July 2021, we are striving to renovate the property with taste whilst preserving its charm.

You will be staying in an annexe to the main house. On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a games room with table football, billiards, air hockey and a table tennis table; a relaxation area with a sofa has also been set up. On the first floor, a family bedroom comprises a parents’ area and a children’s area. In the parents’ section, you will find a king-size bed with a television and a desk area with Wi-Fi. A 90x200cm bed can accommodate an additional person. A mini fridge-freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle are provided. In the children’s section, a 140cm bed can accommodate two people, and a play area with armchairs and a coffee table has been set up. A bathroom with twin washbasins, a shower and a toilet completes this room. You can enjoy a shared terrace and a large garden with garden furniture, a swing set and a trampoline for the children.

Our accommodation is situated in Saint-Lubin-des-Joncherets, on the border with Nonancourt, on the banks of the Avre. All local amenities are within 500 metres (Leclerc hypermarket, pharmacy, GP surgery, dentist, bar-tobacconist, bakery-patisserie, butcher’s, restaurants, banks, optician, hairdressers, petrol station, post office). All this less than an hour from Paris.
