Svetlozar Donchev is a single father of two children and among the few people in Bulgaria with Buerger's Disease. We have told you about him many times, and thanks to the donation campaigns that Svetlio's friends organized, he is still alive with his two children. We remind you that until four years ago, Svetlozar's life was completely normal, when he went to the doctor because of persistent pain in his legs and heard a diagnosis that turned his whole life upside down. From then until today, 49-year-old Svetlozar Donchev has been fighting for his life and that of his two children, whom he is taking care of after a difficult divorce. Buerger's is a rare vascular disease that affects the arteries of the upper and lower limbs and can lead to amputation. Although doctors had to amputate several of Svetlozar's fingers and toes, he never stopped fighting to save his entire hands and feet from amputation.

On the recommendation of doctors, healers and herbalists, Svetlozar has tried everything possible and recommended by them. A few days ago, a Ukrainian doctor who, because of the war, has been living and working in Bulgaria for several months, contacted Svetlozar and offered him treatment that fully guarantees his recovery. After the tests done by the doctor, he prescribed him a treatment that consists of warming the tissues with a special machine that emits ultraviolet light. In parallel, another machine will purify Svetlozar's blood and inject oxygen into the damaged tissues of his legs and arms.

“I have really tried my best to heal myself and have tried every possible treatment that was recommended to me. Dear friends, on behalf of myself and my two children, I say a huge thank you for everything you have done for me and my family during these extremely difficult four years for us. I am turning to you for the last time, asking you to help me collect the necessary funds for my recommended treatment. I am asking you from the bottom of my heart to help me to heal, to be able to return to my normal rhythm of work and life and to be able to take care of my two children alone." This was said through tears by Svetlozar Donchev, to whom he has a one-month course of treatment ahead of him. The necessary funds for Svetlozar's treatment are BGN 9,000, and he relies solely on donations to collect them and heal.
