it is not easy for me to write these words. I do it from the bottom of my heart, because I know that sometimes life brings us to our knees, and the only way to get back up is to ask for help.

I have been going through a very hard time in recent months. The economic difficulties have accumulated to the point of being unbearable. I no longer have a penny, and this situation is slowly eating away at me, day after day.

Because of the stress, I started suffering from alopecia and losing my hair, and every night I struggle to sleep: I wake up anxious, with my heart pounding, thinking about what I will do tomorrow.
