My parents (60 and 62) were always hard working people and amazing parents of 4 children. Life wasn't easy for them, but they always found a way. One day, my mum decided to start her own small bussiness - she didn't earn very much, but enough to be able to provide family as well as my father did. After almost 20 years of delivering sweets etc. around West par of Slovakia, she had a chance to buy finally some better van that won't leave her somewhere on the road. She bought it from her long term supplier (he gave her a better price as he knows how nice person she is) - but she didn't have enough to pay cash, so she is paying for it by parts every month. My father got sick and had to go to retirement earlier, so they lost bigger part of their income. She was trying to work harder, and longer each day, also helping my sisters with their small children. But one day, she was very tired and fell asleep while driving, had an accident - had bruises and broken nose - fortunately she was more or less okay after that accident. But the car was destroyed. As she was working by driving, she had to buy other car that she didn't have money for and also continuie to pay for the crashed car, that was impossible to repair. Now, I am not able to help them as much as they need and my heart is broken. Nobody in our family has spare money to help them with debts, but maybe if people with get together, we can help them to live again. After that accident, they both lost their smile and will to live... They are just two people breathing and looking like they gave up on happiness and life... I am not begging you for help, there are people that need this more than my parents. but maybe some of you can feel my desperation as they maybe were in a similar situation once.
