Description
The weather scenario observed in the country during the last summer has put the fire fighting forces to a serious test. The prolonged drought has led to an increase in forest and field fires localized in areas difficult to reach by firefighting equipment.
This has motivated us, RK - Petrich, together with the Municipality of Petrich, to launch an initiative to purchase a firefighting system with a high radius of action in difficult terrain and cross-country areas with high elevation, where currently only hand-held mechanized tools are used, which are less efficient. The initiative has been coordinated with the Petrich Fire Brigade.
