Thierry, 52, my childhood dream is to set up a guest house.
I have laid the foundations for my project.
The first stage of the Camino de Santiago, starting from Le Puy-en-Velay.
I love welcoming guests and sharing my experiences through cuisine that respects nature and our planet.
First up is the restoration of this magnificent 18th-century building, right in the heart of the square in Saint-Privas-d’Allier, in Auvergne.
A labour of love, with a taste of adventure.
To welcome up to 15 guests on a half-board basis, working directly with the finest producers, whilst adding an authentic touch of fine dining!
The funds will be used for the project’s construction and fit-out.
Everyone who has contributed will be welcome to share a meal or breakfast at their convenience.
I currently work in administration, and I am very keen for my life’s journey to take me along the Way of St James! Thank you for your help!
