Thierry, 52 years old, my childhood dream is to create a guest house.

I've found the foundations for my project.

1st stage of the Chemin de Compostelle starting from Le Puy-en-Velay.

I love welcoming people and sharing my experiences through gastronomy that respects nature and our planet.

The first step was to restore this magnificent 18th century building, right in the middle of the square in St Privas d'Allier, in the Auvergne.

It's a dream come true, with a taste of adventure.

The idea is to cater for up to 15 guests, on a half-board basis, working directly with the best producers, while adding an authentic touch of good food!

The funds will be used to build and fit out the project.

Everyone who participates will be welcome to share a meal or breakfast at their convenience.

I'm currently working in administration, but I'm highly motivated to make my life's journey along the route to Santiago de Compostela! Thank you for your help!
