About us: For over 15 years, we have been campaigning with passion and expertise against leadership styles that make people ill. But now we need your help to take our mission to the next level and build a structured organisation that can act sustainably and effectively.

Our goal: We want to create a strong community that is committed to healthy and humane working conditions. With your support we can:

• Raise awareness: Raise awareness of healthy leadership culture through workshops, seminars and campaigns.
• Offer counselling: Stand by affected employees and managers and accompany them on their way to better working conditions.
• Networking: Creating a space for exchange and collaboration between experts and those affected.

Personal motivation: I find myself in a toxic work situation and am forced to incur considerable costs to maintain my health, as state responsibilities often result in a lack of responsibility. Your support would not only help me, but many others affected, to overcome this challenging situation and bring about lasting change.

Current challenges: The current political situation in Germany is characterised by uncertainty and a government crisis. This makes it difficult to implement necessary reforms and exacerbates the shortage of skilled labour that is affecting many sectors. In addition, the costs of the social security system are rising continuously, increasing the burden on the state and society.

We are also seeing a considerable burden in the public sector, where the pressure and workload are constantly increasing. The widespread diagnosis of depression is on the rise and overcrowded rehabilitation clinics as well as the shortage of specialists and the overworking of existing doctors are further exacerbating the situation. These challenges emphasise the urgency of promoting healthy working conditions.
