About us: For over 15 years now, we have been campaigning with passion and expertise against harmful management styles. But now we need your help to take our mission to the next level and build a structured organisation that can operate sustainably and effectively.

Our goal: We want to create a strong community that advocates for healthy and humane working conditions. With your support, we can:

• Raise awareness: Strengthen awareness of a healthy leadership culture through workshops, seminars and campaigns.
• Offer advice: Support affected employees and managers and guide them on their journey towards better working conditions.
• Network: Create a space for exchange and collaboration between experts and those affected.

Personal motivation: I find myself in a toxic work situation and am forced to incur significant costs to maintain my health, as government responsibilities often result in a lack of action. Your support would help not only me, but many others affected, to overcome this challenging situation and bring about lasting change.

Current challenges: The current political situation in Germany is characterised by uncertainty and a government crisis. This hinders the implementation of necessary reforms and exacerbates the skills shortage affecting many sectors. Furthermore, costs within the social welfare system are rising continuously, increasing the burden on the state and society.

Furthermore, we are seeing a significant strain on the public sector, where pressure and workloads are constantly increasing. The prevalence of depression is rising, and overcrowded rehabilitation clinics, as well as a shortage of specialists and the overburdening of existing doctors, are further exacerbating the situation. These challenges highlight the urgency of promoting healthy working conditions.
