Description
My name is Dr Lydia Wazir. I am a volunteer with the Samaritan Federation and help Syrian refugees here in Austria. The brother of an asylum seeker, who was injured by a bomb, urgently needs an operation on his legs. Doctors in Syria do not have the resources or the means to help him, and have told him that without this operation he will soon be unable to walk. He is 23 years old. He cannot make the arduous journey that others have undertaken to seek asylum and receive the urgently needed operation. I am raising money for his flight ticket from Syria to here and, at the same time, trying to get him a visa. Thank you very much for your help in giving him a chance at a future.
