Description
My name is Dr Lydia Wazir. I am a volunteer with the Samaritan organisation and I help Syrian refugees here in Austria. The brother of an asylum seeker who was injured by a bomb urgently needs an operation on his legs. The doctors in Syria do not have the means or methods to help him and have told him that without this operation he will soon no longer be able to walk. He is 23 years old. He cannot make the arduous journey that others have made to seek asylum and receive the much-needed surgery. I am collecting money for the plane ticket from Syria and at the same time trying to get him a visa. Thank you so much for your help in giving him a chance for a future.
