Description
Greeting,
My name is Mario, I have a vacant business space in the center of Osijek, which I originally wanted to rent out. After it was advertised for more than 6 months and I was unable to rent it to anyone, I decided to open something of my own in that space. I have three children, two girls and a boy. They are constantly at some children's birthday parties and share their experiences with me. In all these shared experiences, I noticed that our city lacks a good Escape room for children aged 7 to 14. After researching online, we found a company in Poland that deals with creating scenarios and producing Escape room equipment. We sent them a blueprint of our business space and they were delighted with the layout of the rooms, and they, like us, thought that opening Escape rooms in this space was a great idea. We calculated that we needed a minimum of 30,000 Euros to realize this project. We prepared all the papers and went to the bank to take out a loan, which was followed by a cold shower. I am already burdened with a mortgage for my house, so I can't get anything more, and my wife, although she has a sufficient income and is permanently employed, cannot get a loan because the company she works for does not have a good credit rating. We don't want to miss this business opportunity because we are sure it would succeed, but we don't know how to obtain that much capital to open. That's why we are publishing our story here in the hope that we may be able to raise enough money this way. We are not asking for donations, this is more intended as a request for a loan or investor, because we plan to repay any amount paid with appropriate interest after opening in monthly annuities.
We thank you in advance for any support.
